Helping youth develop the skills to be successful in sports and life.

Central Utah Athletics is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, located in Mona, Utah, whose mission is to help youth develop the skills to be successful in sports and life. Our programs take a “Whole Athlete” approach, where the youth are provided tools and opportunities to develop personally and as an athlete mentally, physically and socially.

Our core values focus on community, honesty, integrity and other life lessons through sports. Our programs serve multiple counties throughout Utah, with a focus on youth in low income/rural communities.

The “Whole Athlete” program includes: program scholarships (full and partial), team equipment, clinics, private lessons, practice facilities, insurance, tournaments and league play, mentor-ship, coaches training, injury prevention and recovery, nutrition, access to physical trainer, mental coach strength and peak performance training, and professional instruction, as well as college prep and recruitment.  Central Utah Athletics is leading the way in providing the best in athletics for our rural communities.
